let me answer in parts. Corvid? Parrot? Opossum? Raccoon? Yeah, I’m dead. It’s the fact I’m small and can’t wield a big weapon for me.
Changeling? I’d say I’m on equal footing because of similar size/ability. Selkie? I’m fine, I can swim. And disguise myself as a seal. The kintype I call shadow-stranger is basically human-adjacent with spooky zest and an ability to learn skills and magic easily so I think I’m alright there.
For fun, I’ll add my hearttypes and archetropes. first, hearttypes: cyborg? I have a metal arm. I’ll be fine. Fungi? i’d get utterly destroyed but pop up bigger annually because of spore dispersal.
Archetropes! pirate? equal footing. no magic or anything but bonus points for fighting skills and an advantage at sea. my jester archetrope is less ‘normal jester’ and more ‘cosmic trickster’ so i’m like 90% invincible unless i decide to let them get a hit. even then i’m probably cyclical! the last archetrope i have is ‘grim’ which is in my mind an umbrella term for human/humanesque antiheroes in horror fiction. even footing with points taken away for cosmic dread and a tendency towards Byronic angst.

I think the only kintype I'd have trouble with is the 'cosmic trickster' archetype. That one's pretty tough to deal with, traditionally. But I might be alright given the cosmic aspects of my identity as a kakodaimon, and being a psychopomp I can't really die in any sense that matters. Dragons and sidhe are pretty tough too. But if I was to be limited to what I can do as a crow I'm pretty fucked.
I get the feeling I probably wouldn't be able to properly defeat a cougar unless I had a weapon and plenty of territorial advantages. I'd say most of my kintypes very likely would survive this. Now, my own kintypes... Gonna be listing fictotypes too for fun.
Vittorio Toscano (Dead by Daylight): Best described as a researcher of an eldrich being known as the Entity who managed to survive for a long time in their realm and follows a pacifist ideology no matter the circumstance. Doesn't mean I'm harmless though.
Ace Visconti (Dead by Daylight): Luckiest ladies' man and gambler alive. I'd suggest not daring to risk too much. You never know what you're actually going to lose.
Shin Tsukimi (Your Turn to Die): Green bastard knows what you're up to and definitely gonna use everything in his power to destroy you. Might not be the most menacing looking being you ever saw, but trust me, you're not going to like to witness what he can do behind his innocent smile.
Ballister Boldheart (Nimona): I really don't know what you did, but you're going against the most dangerous knight alive and you're going to lose the fight. He might have mercy on you, but his sidekick will not.
John Carver (Dead Space): Might sound like a regular soldier at first, but not even beings that seemed to have come from a mix of The Thing and Lovecraftian works were able to stop him. I don't think you will.
Karl Heisenberg (Resident Evil): I hope you're good at dodging and aren't bringing anything with metal as a weapon with you.
Springtrap (Five Nights at Freddy's): Well, you're going against someone who is very skilled at this job. I'd pay more attention to the dark corners if I were in your position.
Tony Stark (MCU/SIM): Just because he isn't born with superpowers, that doesn't mean he can't be a superhero through money and mind. Hope it's the MCU version because Superior Iron Man definitely has no morals and won't hesitate to destroy anyone that gets in his way to get to you. Besides, his lack of morals means he won't try to nerf himself to be powerful enough to kill you. Have you heard that the comic version is much more OP than the MCU one?
Alex Mercer (Prototype): You're not gonna kill this guy and death would be a best case scenario for your existence.
Cat: A black cat, so you're out of luck and don't forget that cats have plenty of lives to spare. I'd suggest cutting off alcohol from your life and starting some anger management classes, unless you want to end up in prison. You might not die from going to jail, but there's no guarantee you will get out alive from the experience. If you pet the cat, make sure you take a rabies shot if he attacks you... Trust me, just because it was a scratch from the nails, that doesn't mean you're safe. The cat? Don't worry, plenty of lives left. Not sure about you though.
I struggled a bit writing all of this down because I wanted to make the list be from the least menacing to the most dangerous kintype at the bottom. I had to take a while to think about where each one should be, but at least I'm pretty sure the cat is in the right place.
Listen: my kintype might not be menacing, but they have a distinct advantage over humans in terms of hiding and running the heck away. Honorable combat is for losers! The coward lives to fight another day.
Except against the cat. Might have some problems with the cat.

Sundancer: a wolf dragon. Magic, normal fire, fire that can freeze, Has been in multiple wars (and won), has various poisons equipped at all time, kuni and throwing stars, equipped. Also, she’s a literal psychopath. “ it had to be done. We’d starve otherwise” (part of our system)
Rise Of The Frost Tipped Moon: wildcat. Usually peaceful, unless you did something. Medicine knowledge, sharp claws and fangs, thick pelt. “Stay behind, the Talons approach. I won’t let them take you.” (Part of our system.)
Hawk: Human I guess? Wiccan, the forest is on their side, the Great Mother (Mother Nature) will protect. Calm but quick to fight. “ I just want to run away. It hurts so much. But I’ll fight for you till the end of time.” (Part of our system.)
Maren: Human. Basically the inner child. No special powers, Will jump on you from above. “I don’t want to grow up. Everyone seems so lonely.” (Part of our system)
Red shouldered macaw Theriotype
Norwegian forest cat theriotype
(Possible Phoenix theriotype)
(Possible slime theriotype)
EDIT: forgot to mention that Sundancer as the ability to shape shift.
Hmm... nothing about me needing to fight back, so I'd say my theriotype would have a pretty decent shot at survival! I don't have any neat abilities or powers or anything, just a strange creature with wings, but I'm very sensitive, fast, agile, and built for camouflage. I'm a creature built to never be seen or sensed by anyone, so it would be impressive if they would even know I'm there to begin with. That said, if they did know I was there and could somehow track me, I could probably run/fly/stay hidden for long enough that they'd realize I'm not worth the effort and give up.
As for whoever is next - my theriotype would take a while to describe, but it's a sort of medium-sized obligate carnivore, more on the feliform side of order carnivora. As I said, no special powers or anything, just very sensitive to my surroundings, fast, agile, extremely well adapted to camouflage in my environment, with semi-retractable claws and sharp teeth as weapons. I don't know why I'd be trying to kill the next theriotype (unless it's a rabbit, hare, waterfowl, or deer species the size of a full grown caribou or smaller - in which case I'd be hunting lmao), but if it's anything bigger or stronger than a full grown caribou then I'd probably be the one who's screwed lol
