I would be a spider. Spiders are very important to me and I already feel some sort of connection to them, why not BE one? I'd probably just say all spiders, but if I had to be specific I'd go with jumping spiders. They're so cute and colorful!

I think i’d be a bunny! They’re highly sensitive similar to how I am irl and I would love that feeling to have some comfort of a kin type. Plus bunnies are so cute? I’d definitely be a lionhead. Floof to the max. I'd definitely be a bunny too, if only because the system's shared pet bunny seems to be having a grand old time. Lionheads are absolutely adorable- I almost adopted one before Gus came into my life! Oddly enough, I think if I were a rabbit, I'd look just like Gus. Half Checkered Giant, Half New Zealand, sable point, approaching the size of a small dog and just living my best life. That being said, I'm pretty happy as a dragon!

oh my god me too! I had a pet bunny named sushi and she was so mean but it was so worth it! I love bunnies so much even if mine didn't like me all that much. I used to like sit outside mines cage trying to bond everyday n make toys, give them little bit of fruit of oats. I was 15 at the time and picked from a show breeder so she didn't like people much. i miss her though! Gus sounds so stinkin cute!! I love big bunnos they are so cool and i hope super sweet. I agree i'm pretty happy being a sled dog atm. Can't go wrong with that!

Definitely an invertebrate of some kind, I've always been pro-invertebrate. Probably an echinoderm of some kind, like a sea urchin. Sea urchins are among my favorite animals, and beyond that, I think there's a lack of invertebrate representation in the community that's disheartening for an invert lover like myself. Either that or a Dunkleosteus. I think the shifts would be pretty cool.

Personally? I'd like to be a dragon of some kind, or perhaps a phoenix? Something important and mythical like that. I don't feel much connection to avians, and none to reptiles, but if I could choose? Yeah, it'd definitely be something like that. Or a Caracal, 'cause I just think they're neat.

Dragon, it's something i questioned early on and, while it's just not me, I still deeply admire dragons. Also birds of prey! I especially have a soft spot for kestrels, and who wouldn't want to fly?

The Octopus is my favorite animal, and I'd pick it if I was asked to be any earthen animal. Other than that, I've always wondered what its like to be voidkin, there's just something about that draws me to it.

It's sort of a running joke in my house that I always say I wish I were an African painted dog. They've been my favorite canine since I was a kid 'cause they're just so pretty! And here I am with plain orange-ish/beige-ish fur - it doesn't seem fair lol.

i'd like to be a dragon. i've been questioning them on and off my whole life, but i think while i resonate with them a lot, i'm just an appreciator. i'd also like to be a nudibranch, because they're a big comfort of mine, and i think being small and squishy and colorful would be neat.

Even though being 'kin isn't all sunshine and rainbows and has plenty of downsides, so even if I did have a different species, there's no guarantee I'd enjoy the experience, I can't help but feel a bit of a tinge of "wish I was there too" when I see Digimon fictionkin. I've had quite a strong connection to Digimon for a long time, so I always felt like I belonged there somehow, but I'm just not one, 's how it is. As for a specific species of Digimon, I could really imagine almost anything, except for maybe some of the blobby ones or an insect. I like fur and feathers and having limbs, though I wouldn't mind being aquatic either. Other than that, a crow. Crows feel like family to me, and what with being hearted with them already, it might be easier for me to imagine actually being one. (It'd be pretty ironic if I was, though, since I'm afraid of heights and airplanes.)

I mean, I like where what I am. Being a spider is nice and cozy, but if I had to choose I think I'd go with a timber wolf. I don't really have a complicated or deep reason for it I just think that timber wolves are cool and it would be nice to be one, even if just for a while.

Not an easy question... Short answer: Guinea pig. Long version: The more I think about it, the more complicated and tiring things get.
Also... *thinks of their animal companions*
