title is self explanatory. personally, the song that i listen to whenever i mentally and/or phantom shift, is "animal" by missio. although the lyrics aren't exactly the most revolutionary out of the genre, the general sound design and performance is enough for me to be satisfied. what about all y'all?

I’ve working on making a playlist for myself but here’s a few!
The Struts - Could have been me Washed Out - Feel it all around Avey Tate’s Slasher Flicks - Little Fang
All of them remind me of my nonhumanity even though the songs don’t have anything to do with it.

In a similar thread I talked about my fictotypes, so here I'll name a song that reminds me of my raven theriotype: Northern Lights by Death Cab for Cutie. It doesn't get me shifty necessarily, it just gives me raven vibes. It might be the lyrical theme of northwestern geography.

nothing specific I could track down right now but:
drakn/Leafwing = pirate-like music. Sea shantys and a lot of Blackbeard's Tea Party (edit:) Also the song "Where No One Goes" from HTTYD 2
digimorph = electroswing, glitchstep, glitchhop, chiptunes, dubstep
canine-hearted = that song with the robot greyhounds. *looks it up* Greyhound by Swedish House Mafia. And Metallica. Maybe something from the Wolf's Rain OST? not sure

Many, many. Music is a big thing for me, and I've made several playlists over the years. Much of it's really quite personal, if I'm being honest; I don't feel much of anything, but music is where emotions are stored. I do have quite a soft spot for "trashy rock," especially as late, so the choices here might raise a few eyebrows, but Lying From You (Linkin Park) is one that I associate with a particular point of my life, a particular relationship, within the Organization.
Sleep by MCR is another that brings up some thoughts, though for Corrin, instead. A bit more reflecting on myself and the things we went through, and perhaps how I'm not the "nice cute sweet" Corrin that I feel like is expected of me.
I'll have to listen to some of the others brought up in this thread, and maybe come back and share a bit more if I feel inclined.

Sort of depends; for Robin I permanently associate Holding Onto You by twenty one pilots with Chrom and I. I don't listen to TOP anymore, but I played FE:A for the first time in 2015 and was listening to a lot of TOP at the time so that's the permanent association I have now. Also I'm stuck with How To Save a Life by the Fray for Star Wars. Fun!
Other songs that give me "home" vibes for various canons include MANTRA by Bring Me The Horizon, Face to Face by Daft Punk, and If You're Going To Break Yourself by Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

I have an entire playlist for my fictotype, including songs that I think he would like, songs that I associate with him, songs that represent the relationship between him and the one human he likes, so on and so forth. Some of my favorites are:
Soft Cell - Tainted Love Mother Mother - Reaper Man Mother Mother - Have It Out Big Data - Dangerous (the original, not the more popular remix)
I should honestly add to it though; it's missing a few that I've discovered recently and think would fit. The entire album Black Holes And Revelations by Muse also resonates with that fictotype.

Made a quick playlist for my Homura fictotype a while back but pretty much anything by Florence + The Machine, kishi bashi, and Yuki Kajiura is guaranteed to give me Homu feels.

NIN (Nine Inch Nails) in general, Big Brother by Hirasawa Susumu, and any music that has harsh electronic noise usually resonates with me being a polymorph, simply because it reminds me of the noises I produced as a polymorph
