if i can have more than one: invisibility & being able to talk to animals.
i have real bad anxiety and sometimes wish i just..couldnt be seen. or i wanna pull pranks without getting caught or like, haunt people. also i think itd be neat to hear what animals are saying, & be able to have them understand me. like what the hell do crickets talk about all night?? are cats cursing each other out when they fight? do birds just gossip all day? these are burning questions that i need answers to, dangit.

I think it's also kind of cheating but making portals between worlds, and being able to go back and forth between worlds, so alternate universe, fictional universes, anything goes.
Could also double as teleportation if, if you can choose where the portal appears.

I've always wanted to be a shapeshifter for as long as I can remember - well, have the ability at least. I just think that the idea of being able to change yourself to look however you so desire is the coolest idea ever.

Lol I'm very amused that for the most part we were all like "well I guess since I can't pick shapeshifting...."
My non-shapeshifting answer would be teleportation. It would be convenient for mundane travel (e.g., to work) but also it would make vacation traveling easier and make it so much easier to visit people who live far away. Especially with the pandemic and airplanes thus being not very safe places to be, it would be great to just teleport to visit friends/family across the country.

I feel like shapeshifting is the obvious answer but I'm not so sure I'd want it. 'Lots of power and lots of responsibility' sort of thing, haha. I'd worry about my self image too much to probably use it responsibly. (responsibly as in not overuse the power or not use it so much I lose my current self image)
I'd love flight or breathing underwater, barring that!

Is reality (space-time) bending too OP (it technically could encompass shape-shifting, in a way)? Because if not, then that. But if so, then I'd say a rapid healing factor. Shrugging off fatal wounds and terrifying anybody who might attempt to give me one, laughing madly as they scab over in real time. Would be very useful and reassuring for dealing with police encounters actually... hm.

Okay I have a couple.
1. The ability to immediately learn a skill and remember it. Like in the movies when you find a locked door and there's this moment of "dammit! one sec." and then you just 'download' the ability to pick locks
2. the ability to warp reality (but only in positive ways). Kind of cheating, because it encompasses shapeshifting, but it is SO MUCH more than that! I'm talking about opening portals, teleportation, creating life, creating illusions, etc. I could pop myself into other worlds and timelines for a while just for the fun of it, anytime!
3. you know when people talk about "true sight?" Just... "true senses" in general. the whole bundle. I want to understand animals, see the mycorrhizal networks between trees, taste flavors not available to humans, etc.
4. persuasion. this one I feel could be easy to abuse, but if there were the right caveats on it, i.e. the "only for good" stuff, think about it! give me this power, a loudspeaker, and a helicopter, and within a few days, boom! bigotry is no more! war is no more! violence is no more! all without conflict!
5. bonus: something hilarious. I've been watching One Piece (I know, I know, the manga's better, I'll get to it)! and I made a tongue-in-cheek fan character named Blazer D. Budd. And he has devil fruit powers! He ate the Nawa-Nawa no Mi, a logia type fruit. He can now control, uh... certain plants and their byproducts. That power would be pretty groovy. Also, if you're wondering, the D. isn't just stylistic. He actually has the Will of D. I forget his bounty, but the first three digits are pretty obvious.
