Otherkin/Therian Comfort Games

Lately I've been playing a mobile game called Hungry Dragon where you eat birds, sheep, goblins, etc and I find it more enjoyable and easier to control than other dragon / flying games

y'all mentioned Meadow earlier, and i want to recommend a game by the same developers. Shelter 2. i like this one a lot for the hunting, not to mention the graphics are gorgeous!!

skyrim is a big one for me. i love just walking around the natural environments nd its So easy for me to get rly immersed in it. also bc you can actually be a werewolf, which always gets me a lil shifty lol. not to mention that with mods u can basically make the game whatever you want.

also wolfquest for obvious reasons. i just like to run around in first person mode sometimes. first person in other games is nice too but wq hits different bc its just as low to the ground as i would be on all fours. its just...so perfect.

I can't play it because every time, once I get into it, I automatically press "A" to flap
I really want a mod of superflight with flapping

I downlpaded the mod you reccomended and got back onto starbound bc of you! I dont have my wings or horns, but otherwise my character looks like my kintype! (He has to wear a grey leaf to be his neck fur tuft but oh well). Thanks for your rec!

Im glad hungr_ dragon was reccomended, it doesnt look like it will be good from the app page but the game is much better than it looks. Wish i could spend less time trting to eat so i could focus on watching the dragons body move but its still very nice

For anyone interested in HTTYD dragons, here's my summary...
Rise of Berk - good if you like landscape organisation, but patience is a must.
School of Dragons - an open world game where you can actually feel like you're flying, however its demographic is catered to children so the features are very simple.
Titans Uprising - you can pet dragons which is cute but it has no bearing on the gameplay, main gameplay is just a match 3 arcade game.

For my own recommendations..
Niche - a strategy game but you can make some interesting custom creatures! I highly recommend if you're a hybrid therian.
Fer.al - set models however has a few customisation options. Open world makes it really immersive, and you have a very useful and creative colouring tool for character customisation. It is an MMO though and it can be a bit repetitive.
